The NoMad Residences Wynwood, the first residential design from the global hospitality icon NoMad Hotels and its parent company, Sydell Group, has been unveiled by Florida’s renowned developer, Related Group, and Manhattan-based developer Tricap.

The NoMad Residences Wynwood is the market’s first hospitality-infused condominium, borrowing inspiration from the brand’s initial property in New York City and its award-winning sibling hotels in London, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.
